FAQs
What is BPSS?
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) acts as a pre-employment screening for people associated with industries such as defence, security, finance and energy. Those handling sensitive information are often required to pass the BPSS verification process. It usually takes 7 to 10 working days.
If you do not already hold the BPSS, you may apply for BPSS by contacting organisations such as ADS Group (if you are an existing member); or other commercial organisations by searching for ‘BPSS Clearance’ in your browser.
In all cases the decision of the Security Vetting team will be final.
